قصتنا Our Story

نعتمد في تعليم أطفالنا على منهج مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة EYFS البريطاني المخصص للأطفال حتى عمر خمس سنوات. هذا المنهج يشكل إطاراً متكاملاً يجمع بين التعليم المنظم والمرونة، ليمنح كل طفل فرصة للنمو وفق قدراته الخاصة. We adopt the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum designed for children up to five years old. This framework combines structured learning with flexibility, giving every child the opportunity to grow according to their unique abilities.

يُقدَّم برنامجنا تحت إشراف مشرفات تربويات حاصلات على شهادات بريطانية في التربية والتعليم، اكتسبن خبرات واسعة في مدارس بريطانيا، واليوم ينقلن هذه التجربة الرائدة إلى سوريا الحبيبة. Our program is supervised by educational supervisors with British qualifications in education, who gained extensive experience in UK schools and are now bringing this pioneering experience to our beloved Syria.

فريقنا من المشرفات والمعلمات مدرب ومؤهل وفق المعايير البريطانية، يحمل شهادات معتمدة وخبرة عملية في تطبيق منهج EYFS، مما يضمن جودة عالية في التعليم ورعاية شاملة للأطفال. Our team of supervisors and teachers is trained and qualified according to British standards, holding accredited certifications and practical experience in implementing the EYFS curriculum, ensuring high-quality education and comprehensive childcare.

تُشرف على تدريب فريقنا السيدة فايزة الشيخ، زوجة المؤسس الراحل، التي تمتلك أكثر من 30 عاماً من الخبرة في مجال التعليم والتربية. قدّمت السيدة فايزة على مدار مسيرتها برامج متعددة لتدريب المعلمات وتأهيلهن في سوريا ولبنان والمملكة المتحدة (بريطانيا). Our team's training is supervised by Mrs. Fayzeh Alsheikh, wife of the late founder, who brings over 30 years of experience in education. Throughout her career, Mrs. Fayzeh has conducted numerous teacher training programs in Syria, Lebanon, and the United Kingdom.

كما يخضع جميع أعضاء فريقنا لتدريب مستمر لمواكبة أحدث أساليب التعليم المبكر، بما في ذلك دورات تدريبية متخصصة تقدمها الدكتورة رغد سعيد دوبا (طالبة دكتوراة تخصص تعليم وتربية في جامعة يورك - المملكة المتحدة). All team members also undergo continuous training to keep up with the latest early education methods, including specialized courses conducted by Dr. Raghad Saeed Douba (PhD candidate in Education at the University of York, UK).
